Sulfuric acid is a strong acid with hygroscopic characteristics and oxidizing properties.

It is used in the fertilizer, chemical, synthetic textile, and pigment industries. Other applications include the manufacture of batteries, metal pickling, and many more industrial manufacturing processes.

Kuhlmann Europe is a major vendor of sulfuric acid and, production takes place in Ham. We use large quantities of this acid for the production of potassium sulfates in its Mannheim furnaces. This product is sold in different concentrations of aqueous sulfuric acid solutions. Concentrations of 96.5%, 76%, 70%, and 38% are available. Deliveries are made in bulk, tank trucks, or barges.
